Ideal for large groups, Villa Sassicaie is a very accommodating villa (500 sqm., 5,383 sqf.) that can host up to 16 people in 8 comfortable bedrooms. The villa is divided into a main body and two independent cottages annexed. Located in a splendid panoramic position from where one can command unforgettable views of the Valdorcia, Villa Sassicaie is set in the middle of a large well-kept garden with outdoor furniture for eating outside, the beautiful panoramic 6 by 12 meter swimming pool and plenty of private space to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. The garden entrance opens onto the living room with tv and fireplace. The living room connects to the fully equipped kitchen and to the greenhouse. The dining room is accessible through a refreshing passage among lemon trees and is located in an adjoining cottage where guests can also find a comfortable sitting room.

Also on the ground floor are one bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and two double twin-bed rooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, one of which has independent garden access. Finally, a spiral staircase allows to join the first floor. The first floor is also accessible through an independent outside staircase. Here a cozy living room with lounge chairs in front of an antique fireplace can be found. In addition, there are three double twin-bed rooms with en suite bathrooms all with bathtub. The first annexed cottage features a large dining room that connects to the kitchen and a panoramic living room with an enormous window commanding views of the Valdorcia. The second annexed cottage includes two double twin-bed rooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and an inviting private patio.

Villa Sassicaie offers a wide selection of services, some of which included in the price, some at an extra cost:

Included: Daily maid (2 hours), twice a week linen change (Wednesday and Saturday), gardening services, swimming pool daily cleaning, garbage removal.

On request: Winter heating, telephone/fax/Internet usage, car transfers, car hire, reservation service (restaurants, hotels, etc.), laundry service, sauna and fitness gym.

To be reserved in advance: Baby Sitting Service, breakfast, personal chef.
