Villa Poderetta sums up the ideal concept of Tuscan vacation into a splendid accommodation for up to 14+2 people. This 16th century villa is located in the heart of the Valdichiana with 360-degree views of the marvelous surrounding natural environment. The short gravel approach road passes through fascinating woods areas to open up to the view of the Chiana valley and villa Poderetta. The paved road is about one kilometer away from the villa. The structure itself sits in the well-groomed garden where the very private panoramic 6 by 12 meters swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture offer the ideal relax and enjoyment spot. The interiors extend over 370 sqm. (3,983 sq.ft.), while the very large outdoor area offers plenty of enjoyment space.

At Villa Poderetta the interiors have been recently remodeled with painstaking attention to the detail. On the right of the garden entrance one finds the bright dining room characterized by the large sit-in fireplace, the antique dining table, and the lounge corner with extremely comfortable sofas. It is impossible to miss the harmonious blend of antique furniture with comfortable modern pieces. From the dining room one steps into the large fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor are three double twin-bed rooms. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and two with shower. The modern glass and metal staircase takes to the first floor of Villa Poderetta where the other four bedrooms are located. Two double twin-bed rooms, both with bathtub and shower and two king-size bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and one with shower are furnished with tasteful Tuscan minimal style. Each room enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding valley.

Villa Poderetta offers a wide selection of services, some of which included in the price, some at an extra cost:

Included: Daily maid (2 hours), twice a week linen change (Wednesday and Saturday), gardening services, swimming pool daily cleaning, garbage removal.

On request: Winter heating, telephone/fax/Internet usage, car transfers, car hire, reservation service (restaurants, hotels, etc.), laundry service, sauna and fitness gym.

To be reserved in advance: Baby Sitting Service, breakfast, personal chef.
