Villa Cerchio is a marvellous farmhouse of more than 400 square meters. Designed for a maximum of 14+2 people, Placed in the heart of the Valdorcia, the villa is a short distance driving to Florence and Siena, one hour and a half and one hour away respectively. Driving from the highway A-1 you can reach Villa Cerchio in 15/20 minutes. The main road is nearby the villa. The farmhouse has been recently remodeled and tastefully furnished including all sorts of high class standards, becoming a well-refined and comfortable country house with a lush and very big garden.
The large swimming pool (6 by 12 meters) is nestled in an unforgettable panoramic position, from where you will be able to stare at so much beauty in total peace that your only desire will be to take it all in and bring it back home with you. Surrounded by woodlands and a delightful countryside cultivated with extensive wheat and sunflower plantations, the villa offers a splendid panoramic view of the celebrated Valdorcia's hills.

Villa Cerchio has seven double rooms, all of which with private or en-suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Two bedrooms also have a sofa bed for extra guests. Another room has a direct access to the garden. The rooms are located both on the first and ground floors. The latter has a large entrance and includes a living room, a large dining room with fireplace, and an ample fully-equipped, modern kitchen opening onto the dining room and also onto the garden.
At Villa Cerchio you can enjoy unforgettable holidays, plenty of pleasant and healthy activities such as going for a walk in the woodlands, swimming in the panoramic pool, nearby horseback riding, fishing in the nearby lakes, mountain biking or playing tennis. You can also make excursions to a nearby town, such as Cetona, Radicofani, Perugia, Arezzo, Montalcino or Cortona, or daytrips to the main historical and cultural towns in Tuscany, Siena or Florence, where the splendor of the Italian Renaissance will fulfill your ideal Tuscan dream.

Villa Cerchio offers a wide selection of services, some of which included in the price, some at an extra cost:

Included: Daily maid (2 hours), twice a week linen change (Wednesday and Saturday), gardening services, swimming pool daily cleaning, garbage removal.

On request: Winter heating, telephone/fax/Internet usage, car transfers, car hire, reservation service (restaurants, hotels, etc.), laundry service, sauna and fitness gym.

To be reserved in advance: Baby Sitting Service, breakfast, personal chef.

Amenities: Hair dryer in each bathroom, Television, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Iron and ironing board, Fridge/freezer, Exclusive swimming pool, Cell phone and VCR on request.
