Located in the heart of the Valdichiana, Villa Plano commands a lovely landscape of the open valley. 360 degrees views, and panoramic windows characterize this haven in Tuscany. The swimming pool is located just few steps away from the villa and dominates the same astonishing views to be enjoyed from the villa. Located in the Southern part of Tuscany, this villa is located near cultural and artistic centers such as Radicofani, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, and Cortona. The highway to Florence and Rome is just fifteen minutes away. Surrounded by a large garden it allows plenty of privacy and comfort. The outside area is equipped with garden furniture and tables.

The interiors of the villa develop on two floors. The garden entrance takes to the dining room, equipped with a large table and decorated with superb artistic taste. Also on the ground floor are the large and fully-equipped kitchen with a marvelous brick oven, three double full-size-bed rooms with en suite bathroom (one with shower, two with bathtub), one comfortable lounge room/reading room, and one very large living room dominated by the sit-in fireplace; the service rooms at this floor are a bathroom, and a laundry/ironing room. All living spaces have a direct garden entrance. The cotto stairs take to the first floor where the other bedrooms are nestled. All four rooms have two twin French beds and are decorated with sophisticated Tuscan minimalism. All rooms have en suite bathrooms (one with shower, three with bathtub).

Villa plano offers a wide selection of services, some of which included in the price, some at an extra cost:

Included: Daily maid (2 hours), twice a week linen change (Wednesday and Saturday), gardening services, swimming pool daily cleaning, garbage removal.

On request: Winter heating, telephone/fax/Internet usage, car transfers, car hire, reservation service (restaurants, hotels, etc.), laundry service, sauna and fitness gym.

To be reserved in advance: Baby Sitting Service, breakfast, personal chef.
