Tuscany Accommodations at Podere Scorgiano

Podere Scorgiano is a pretty farmhouse, just 2 km circa from the village of Scorgiano, in the middle of a peaceful and luminous oasis where nature and human being live together perfect in harmony. The building is divided into 3 apartments and 2 of them: Luce and Caminetto are for let. The third one, located on the first floor, is the owners dwell.
Around the farmhouse there is a small hamlet, settled by other three houses, where the owner’s relatives are established. Therefore, this an ideal place to live a genuine rural tourism experience in Tuscany. Around the house, the nature develops unspoiled. At the back of the farmhouse there is a small wood which is a perfect site for a pleasant walk through the nature and to observe how the partridges, pheasants, hares and deer are living in freedom.
In the front part of the farmhouse a gorgeous Tuscan landscape runs on with a profusion of vineyards and olive groves. From the swimming pool, looking towards the skyline, can be admired at a distance the towers of the medieval village of San Gimignano.

Caminetto: is a 70 sqm. circa apartment, completely newly remodelled (works are from 2005). The warm apartment is furnished into a traditional Tuscan style. “Caminetto” is composed of: a large living room with fireplace, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a matrimonial bed. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. However, it is suitable enough up to 4 people. From one of the two doorways of the living room there is the opening way to a small and cosy terrace which leads to the swimming pool. Luce: is a 70 sqm. circa apartment, completely newly remodelled (works are from 2005). The warm apartment is furnished into a traditional Tuscan style. “Luce” is composed of: a large living/dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom and a warm double bedroom with a matrimonial bed. Through a staircase there is the opening way which leads to the outdoors, acceding to a small terrace which leads to the swimming pool. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. However, it is suitable enough up to 4 people.

Luce + Caminetto: Both the apartments can be let together for groups up to 8 people. In the event of being let together the exclusive utilization of the swimming pool is available at the cost of 150 euros. From Podere Scorgiano guests can made tourism rural trips all over Tuscany, as well as daytrips to the nearby art towns like: Colle Val d’Elsa, San Gimignano and Sienna and oenological and gastronomic trips. Moreover, wine-tasting tours and aerostatic balloon sorties can be made.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are intended per week per apartment, not per person.
Some extra costs are Final cleaning 30 euros/apt, heating 4 euros/m3, extra cleaning 30 euros, extra linen 8 euros, Exlusive use of the pool (in case of renting both apartments) 150 euros per week.
