Monteriggioni Medieval Festival

During two weekends Monteriggioni near Siena celebrates its medieval past with costume celebrations. Medieval recipes and wine will be sold only to those exchanging their money with antique coins minted for the occasion. A true celebration that is being repeated through the years. The Medieval Monteriggioni Festival will take place in Monteriggioni, Siena on July 14, 15 and 16 and July 21, 22 and 23, 2006.
