- The Villa, which is composed of:
4 King bedded bedrooms; two full bathrooms with all the conveniences;  a large and inviting living room with TV sat and a big fully equipped modern kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher, and a large dinning table which allows a plenty comfort for fourteen people meals.

- The Casale (country house) rises at a few steps from the Villa.
The first floor of this lovely country house in Tuscany is set up by two apartments.
The largest one can hosts up to four people. It has also a private bathroom with a shower compartment; a fully equipped kitchen and a charming living room.
The smallest one is a perfect accommodation for two people. It has a double bedroom and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub; a wonderful living room with fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen, which includes also an oven and a dishwasher.
Both the apartments have one each pretty terraces looking over the forest.   

On the ground of the Casale guests can enjoy of a Buffet lounge which can also be rented. Close to the large lounge there is a big professional kitchen which allows arranging any sorts of celebrations and private parties for the exclusive use of the Villa’s guests.
