Located in the heart of a marvelous natural park and facing a beautiful oak tree set on a small pond island reachable through a romantic little bridge, Villa Rosa enjoys 180-degree views of its perfectly groomed natural surroundings. The large estate surrounding the villa is characterized by hill-terraced olive tree groves. The swimming pool lies in front of the villa in the private garden, surrounded by sunbeds, deck chairs and large parasols. It is easy to lose oneself in the peace that reigns at Villa Rosa, a true Tuscan haven near many cultural centers such as Pisa and Cinque Terre by the sea. The interiors are a collection of well-appointed private and common living spaces. The villa develops on two floors. All rooms and living spaces are heated and air-conditioned.

The ground floor of Villa Rosa is composed of the main entrance leading to the large salon with comfortable lounge armchairs and fireplace, satellite TV room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room with dramatic cross-vaulted ceilings, a study/office room with Internet, fax, telephone and computer for exclusive guest use, one full service bathroom, the laundry room, and the stairs to the first floor. The first floor includes all six bedrooms, all remarkably sunny and tastefully decorated with antique furniture, high quality linens and great attention to the detail. Each room features a queen size bed, beamed ceilings, terracotta flooring, and luxurious en suite bathrooms, all with shower and bathtub.

Villa Rosa offers many exclusive services offered in the weekly rental price.
A daily housekeeper is in charge of the cleaning and general maintenance of the Villa six days a week. A cook is available each morning to prepare a buffet breakfast, and one lunch or dinner per day six days a week. The gardener takes daily care of the swimming pool and of the garden. A person is at the other end of a helpline to help you out with all those little vacation traumas and problems. Also available restaurant and museum reservation service. The villa offers 24/7 surveillance.

For an additional fee, guests at Villa Rosa can have a personalized laundry or specialized dry cleaning services, English-speaking baby sitting service to be prearranged, massages at the villa performed by a professional masseuse or spa treatment to be arranged in Montecatini, personalized cultural tours with arranged guides, museum reservation and transportation, catering service organized for special events.

A private cellar and a professional sommelier are also available to arrange special wine tasting events in the comfort of Villa Rosa. Also, wine bottles can be purchased from 11 Euros and above.
