Villa Toscane is centrally located in Tuscany, just 15 minutes from Siena, 75 minutes from Florence, and one hour from Arezzo. From Villa Toscane you one can enjoy commanding views of the Tuscan countryside in one of Tuscany's most renown regions where movies such as "The Gladiator" have been shot. Nearby is the town of Asciano, famous for its Etruscan museum and rich in Medieval history. In Asciano you can also find many convenient shops.
The swimming pool is located in a wonderful panoramic location. From here you can swim while gazing at the never ending sight of the Tuscan hills dotted with typical country towns. Villa Toscane has been restored from an old Seventeenth century farm into six beautiful apartments with all comforts.

The villa can host numerous parties of people, and can also be rented as a whole to larger groups of guests who want to enjoy their own privacy.
With 4 hectares of land around, Villa Toscane provides many opportunities to hike, bike, or simply relax walking through the centenary olive groves. At the villa you can also enjoy relaxing massages, cooking classes with a local English-speaking professional chef, and in Autumn truffle hunting in the secular oak woods of Villa Toscane. Moreover, the owners at Villa Toscane offer many tours through Tuscan cities and wine tours. Nearby are also available golf clubs, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, thermal spas, and tennis courts.

Apartments:

Archi (80 sqm.): Two or three bedrooms up to 6 people. Two bathrooms with shower. Large living room. Fully equipped kitchen. It has been recently renovated. Remodeled with original Tuscan Seventeenth and Eighteenth century furniture.

Libecci (140 sqm.): The most prestigious at Villa Toscane. Six to eight people, three bedrooms, two floors. Two bathrooms (two showers one bathtub). Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, international library, cable TV, DVD, VCR, B&O stereo system. The outside is characterized by a large shaded bower where one can enjoy a meal while relaxing at the splendid natural landscape. Recently remodeled and furnished with original Tuscan antiques.

Tramonto (90 sqm.): Two bedrooms, four to six people, two bathrooms. Large kitchen with dishwasher, and large living room with fireplace. Outside private shaded area with table and hammock. The two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the shaded garden area with hammock and dinner table is a splendid touch of relax and romanticism. Recently renovated and furnished with Tuscan antiques.

Olivi (90 sqm.): Two bedrooms, four to six people, two bathrooms with shower and one with tub. Dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and large living room with fireplace. Recently renovated and furnished with antique Tuscan pieces. The large garden area offers plenty of space to relax in harmony with nature and enjoy peaceful meals. The panoramic bathtub is a treat! Joins Vite to become a single private cottage.

Vite (70 sqm.): Two bedrooms, two to four people, one bathroom with shower. Large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Splendidly restored, staying at olivo offers the magic landscape of the Siena hills form its lovely shaded outside table. Joins Olivi to form a private cottage.

Loggie (120 sqm.): Three bedrooms, six people, two bathrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A lovely view of the Siena hills can be enjoyed from this second floor apartment, very fresh during summer days, and furnished with antique Tuscan pieces. Three different views for three bedrooms, and lots of space to enjoy your holiday apartment in Tuscany!
